As an employee of Bistro 233, which was previously named Grill 233 under different ownership, I had the pleasure of organizing various fundraising events, to benefit local individuals, families, and organizations. These events were locally advertised and typically consisted of raffled items, door prizes, monetary donations and a percentage of sales that was directly donated to the designated cause. In addition to these events, I organized an annual staff-wide holiday gift drive, to benefit the residents of The Maine Children's Home for Little Wanderers, in Waterville, ME.
